Delivery:
1. Delivery by Nova Poshta
We send parcels within 1-2 working days. The delivery time of the order is from 2 to 7 days from the moment of receipt of payment or placing the order.
Delivery to the branch, by courier to the Buyer's address or to a post office is possible.
We send parcels on working days until 18:00:
• Delivery to Nova Poshta post offices is carried out from UAH 70.
• Delivery to the Nova Poshta branch from UAH 70.
• Delivery by Nova Poshta courier to the Buyer's address from UAH 100
The cost of delivery individually for each customer depends on the weight of the product. You can ask our manager for a more accurate delivery price when making a purchase. In addition, there may be costs for post-payment of goods and money transfers. +2% of the transfer amount is added to the usual delivery price.
Self-delivery
For residents of the city of Kyiv, we have the option of self-delivery. If you do not want to pay for delivery, you can pick up your product directly from our warehouse. This option will save your time and money.
Payment methods
1. Online Payment
You can order and pay for the product on the website with a bank card via the "Buy" button. Choose the desired product, press the "Buy" button and pay through the LiqPay system.
2. Postpaid
Payment for the goods is made immediately after receipt and inspection of the parcel at one of the branches of Nova Poshta.
You can choose this payment option, but take into account the interest that is additionally calculated by the post office. For example, at Nova Poshta you pay an additional 2% of the transfer.
Be sure to check the product at the post office, otherwise we will not be able to process the return.
